Arbour Group (a Cencora PharmaLex company) is looking for a full-time Training Specialist to join their client's organization- one of the leading organizations in the USA providing exterior and interior signage, graphics, and maintenance services, with a network of award-winning installation partners.

The Training Specialist will be involved in designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives. This role will also collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, develop instructional materials, and deliver engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually.

Main Tasks:

  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and update training materials, including manuals, e-learning courses, and instructional guides.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions using various instructional methods and tools.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Provide support and coaching to employees to enhance their learning experience and performance.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
  • Assist in supporting various HR Initiatives for people learning and development.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a resident of the Philippines
  • Able to work on a hybrid work arrangement
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • At least two years of proven experience as a Training Specialist or in a similar role
  • Ability to develop learning materials in various learning platform/channels.
  • Has exceptional communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
  • Proficient in MS Teams and Google Suites.
  • Any related Learning and Development Certifications is an advantage.
