Arbour Group (a Cencora PharmaLex company) one of the leading global providers of digital compliance products and services for the life sciences industry, is looking for a full-time IT Engineer who will join their technology team. 

The IT Engineer role plays a critical role in supporting and enhancing IT operations. This position bridges frontline support and strategic project execution, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to long-term infrastructure improvements. The position will work closely with the helpdesk team, lead technical initiatives, and help standardize processes as the company continuously grows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Helpdesk Support:
    • Monitor ticket queues and assist with escalated or complex technical issues.
    • Serve as a technical mentor to help desk staff, providing guidance and troubleshooting expertise.
  • Process & Procedure Development:
    • Design and document standardized procedures for new equipment setup, configuration, and deployment.
    • Collaborate with IT leadership to refine onboarding workflows and improve end-user experience.
  • Project Execution:
    • Contribute to infrastructure and endpoint management projects, including Microsoft Intune implementation and optimization.
    • Assist in evaluating and deploying new technologies to support scalability and security.
  • System Administration & Maintenance:
    • Support routine maintenance of servers, networks, and endpoint devices.
    • Ensure compliance with internal security policies and assist in audits or reviews as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with other departments to understand technology needs and deliver effective solutions.
    • Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a resident of the Philippines
  • Willing to follow a hybrid work setup with onsite days at Makati City, Metro Manila
  • Must be able to work following US time zone
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT support or systems engineering.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, networking, and endpoint management.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune or similar MDM platforms.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, or equivalent).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has reliable internet connection and a distraction-free home office setup for remote work days
  • Experience in scripting (PowerShell, Bash) or automation tools, exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, Microsoft 365), and knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks are a plus.
