Arbour Group (a Cencora PharmaLex company) one of the leading global providers of digital compliance products and services for the life sciences industry, is looking for a full-time Junior Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Developer to join their team.

As a Dynamics AX/365 F&O Developer, this position will play a key role in designing, developing, customizing, and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 Finance and Operations platform. In addition to developing code and configuration, this position will be responsible for setting up D365 security roles to ensure proper access controls and data protection within the system. This position will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize business processes, integrate systems, and deliver innovative solutions that meet the organization's technology requirements.

  • Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 F&O solutions based on business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Implement and configure modules, features, and functionalities within the Dynamics AX/365 F&O platform to support business processes and workflows.
  • Set up and manage D365 security roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure data security and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop code and configurations using X++, MorphX, and Visual Studio development tools to enhance and customize Dynamics AX/365 F&O functionalities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze system capabilities, and propose technical solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality, performance, and functionality of Dynamics AX/365 F&O applications.
  • Integrate third-party systems, applications, and data sources with Dynamics AX/365 F&O using APIs, data interfaces, and integration tools.
  • Provide technical support, training, and documentation to users, administrators, and stakeholders on Dynamics AX/365 F&O solutions and functionalities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new features in the Dynamics AX/365 F&O ecosystem to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience as a Dynamics AX/365 F&O Developer with expertise in developing code, configuration, and setting up D365 security roles.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics AX/365 F&O architecture, data structures, security models, and integration capabilities.
  • Experience with customization, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics AX/365 F&O modules, reports, workflows, and extensions.
  • Proficiency in setting up D365 security roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure data protection and compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders and project teams.
  • Willing to work following Central European Time (CET)
