Arbour Group (a Cencora PharmaLex company) one of the leading global providers of digital compliance products and services for the life sciences industry, is looking for a full-time IT Support Specialist who will join their technology team. 

The IT Support Specialist role is ideal for a self-motivated IT professional with a strong customer support mindset and solid experience in end-user support, Microsoft 365 administration, and general IT troubleshooting. This role will work closely with US-based staff across multiple locations and play a key role in ensuring technology services run smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have a background in technical support, be a quick learner, and possess the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users. While prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is not required, a willingness to learn and manage the platform will be essential to long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for internal users across multiple US locations via helpdesk ticketing system, phone, and remote desktop tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and printer issues for Windows-based environments
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services, including user account provisioning, license assignment, device management, and mailbox support
  • Perform basic Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) and Azure Active Directory tasks as needed
  • Respond to service requests professionally and promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and support procedures
  • Learn and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP platform (training provided)
  • Collaborate with the US-based IT team to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Participate in IT projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a resident of the Philippines
  • Willing to follow a hybrid work setup with onsite days at Makati City, Metro Manila
  • Must be able to work following US time zone
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 operating systems and general desktop/laptop troubleshooting
  • Experience using remote management and monitoring tools (e.g., Kaseya or similar)
  • Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and IT documentation practices
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, helpful, and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain high attention to detail
  • Has reliable internet connection and a distraction-free home office setup for remote work days
  • Exposure to ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, or SAP, familiarity with ITIL practices or other service management framework, and Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, AZ-104, MD-102) are a plus
