HR Generalist
Arbour Group (a Cencora PharmaLex company) is looking for a full-time HR Generalist to join their client's organization- one of the leading organizations in the USA providing exterior and interior signage, graphics, and maintenance services, with a network of award-winning installation partners.
The HR Generalist is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This role involves a wide range of HR activities with high focus on recruitment and onboarding. This role also supports other HR services including employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Generalist will work closely with employees and management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Main Tasks:
- Handle recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in performance evaluations and provide support for performance improvement plans.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a resident of the Philippines
- Able to work on a hybrid work arrangement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- At least two years of proven experience as a HR Generalist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
- Proficient in MS Teams and Google Suites.
- Any related HR Certifications is an advantage.
