Arbour Group (a Cencora PharmaLex company) one of the leading global providers of digital compliance products and services for the life sciences industry, is looking for a full-time Sales Process Operations Specialist (entry-level) to join their team.

The Sales Process Operations Specialist will support the sales and operational teams in managing the opportunity to quote, process, manage and upload documentation in Salesforce and D365, ensuring smooth operations. This role is a global role supporting sales representatives, operations managers, and other stakeholders in daily activities ensuring opportunities are set-up, updated and closed as per guideline. 

Main Tasks:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Handle sales documentation, including quotations, proposals and SoWs, ensuring compliance with company policies. 
    • Support drafting of simple proposals with given templates and incorporates scope of work as set-out by opportunity owner.
    • Proofreading and formatting, cross-checking and assuring compliance of proposals with frame conditions.
    • Prepare and reviewe SoWs as received following proposals process
    • Managing client portals for incoming order forms
    • D365 Maintenance: Manage and update quotation process as per status and move quotations into project mode, once closed.
  • Process Management: Assist in documenting, refining, and implementing sales processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across the sales team. 
  • CRM Maintenance: Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales data. 
  • Customer Support: Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries related to the sales process and ensure prompt resolution. 
  • Training Assistance: Support onboarding and training of new sales team members on processes, tools, and systems. 
Qualifications:
  • Must be a citizen of the Philippines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. 
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, operations, or administrative roles. 
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).  
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience in process improvement (preferred)
  • Familiarity with sales process such as scoping, proposal and quotation generation. (preferred)
  • Experience with D365 quotation process is a plus.
  • Willing to work following US or EU work hours
